Scope of Duties

• Develop hunting/outdoor market, and carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys
• Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
• Approaching and establishing new, solid, and long-term relationships with customers
• Presentation of the products to the potential customers
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
• Position PARD as the preferred product for consultants.
• Prepare reports required by the management.

Our expectations

• At least 2 years of experience in BDM position
• Customer resource in local Outdoor/Hunting market
• Ideally hunting experience or adequate shooting practice
• Proper communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Accept intensive business travelling request
• Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural company
• Great communication skills, positive attitude, initiative, honesty, and integrity
• Solid skills in Excel, Outlook, and related products
• Native level of German, Good level of English
